Here you will learn about my class, me, what my classes are doing now, and what students will be doing later in the semester.
 

We are currently doing ultimate frisbee.

Grades
 
Grades are based on participation in class and quizzes over game rules every other week.  Quizzes are 25% of the grade and participation makes up the other 75%.  Students are allowed three excused abscences per semester before I start taking off two points for each time they miss.  Days where a student obviously is not making an effort may be counted as an abscence.  The students are also allowed two days to sit out per semester with no penalty.  Doctor's notes and major injuries are extenuating circumstances

Course Description
 
This course is going show all of the students activities that they can continue to do throughout the rest of their life.  They will all improve overall health in one way or more.  The main goal of my class is for all the students to find something they will want to continue to do through adulthood.

Be on time and dressed to participate.
Show respect for me and your classmates.
